Playful Monkey Porcelain Espresso Cups

These adorable espresso cups are part of the Sharing Moments Monkeys tableware by Janny van der Heijden. The cups are made of porcelain and are decorated with traditional Delft blue details and cheerful little monkeys. In collaboration with Heinen Delfts Blauw, television personality Janny van der Heijden brought her own tableware to market under the collection name Sharing Moments. The first edition of the tableware revolved around lush tulips and colorful stripes, but the expansion of the set focuses on monkeying around. “Aperij is the playing of ridiculous tricks and the imitation of human behavior,” Janny explains about the design of her tableware. “The playful monkeys in the collection bring a smile to everyone’s face.
