Train the Trainer is a practical, impact-led course designed to help your team strengthen their ability to deliver engaging, consistent, and effective coffee training in-house. Ideal for Head Baristas, Supervisors, and Managers, this course builds on the knowledge and experience your team already has, equipping them with proven techniques to share that knowledge with confidence and clarity. Across two focused sessions, we explore what great training looks like in a real café environment. Participants learn how to structure sessions effectively, adapt their approach to different learning styles, and deliver the right level of information at the right time, ensuring training is engaging, relevant, and easy to apply on shift.
