Lyre's Vampire Kiss

A vivid red Halloween cocktail with berry, cranberry and citrus notes, built around Lyre’s Pink Gin Alternative and Orange Sec. Ingredients 1.5 oz Lyre’s Pink Gin Alternative 0.5 oz Lyre’s Orange Sec 1 oz cranberry juice 0.5 oz fresh lime juice 0.25 oz raspberry syrup Raspberry Syrup ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries ½ cup sugar ½ cup water To Make the Raspberry Syrup Combine the raspberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Warm gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the berries begin to break down. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Method Add to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Glass Coupe Garnish Raspberries or blackberries
