Reverse Taper Putter Grip - Pistol Medium

The Golf Pride Reverse Taper Pistol Putter Grip fuses traditional pistol ergonomics with Golf Pride’s groundbreaking Reverse Taper technology from the Stroke Enhancement Collection. By combining a classic pistol top section—designed to anchor the heel pad of your upper hand—with a wider, thicker lower hand section, this grip prevents wrist breakdown and trail-hand flicking to keep your putter face square through impact. Engineered with flat front and back surfaces and soft, tacky polyurethane, it features a high-traction micro-dimple pattern across its surface. This unique hybrid shape provides the familiar feel of a classic pistol grip under your top hand while giving your lower hand the added mass and stability needed for a smooth, repeatable pendulum stroke. Key Features Innovative Reverse Taper Geometry: Slim upper section and wider lower section stabilize both hands and encourage balanced grip pressure Classic Pistol Top Profile: Ergonomic upper heel-pad kick anchors your lead hand comfortably for natural, intuitive control Enhanced Tacky Surface Texture: Soft outer wrap with micro-dimple pattern provides all-weather non-slip traction and cushioned feel Squarer Putter Face at Impact: Eliminates trail-hand flipping, helping you deliver a square face to the ball more consistently Tour-Inspired Black/White/Red Styling: Sleek high-contrast design featuring cap alignment guides for repeatable setup Specifications Brand: Golf Pride (#1 Grip on Tour) Model: Reverse Taper Pistol (Stroke Enhancement Collection) Profile: Classic Pistol Top / Flat Front & Back / Reverse Taper Geometry Core Size: .580" Round Weight Options: Medium (~61g) | Large (~63g) Colourway: Black / White / Red Accents Why We Like It If you love the natural setup feel of a traditional pistol grip but struggle with an over-active lower wrist on short putts, the Reverse Taper Pistol is the ultimate solution.
