With dry hands or a scoop, take a small amount from the jar. 2. Polish. Massage onto damp body skin in gentle circular motions, spending extra time on rough areas like elbows, knees and heels. 3. Add water. Add a little water and keep massaging briefly as the oils begin to disperse. 4. Rinse. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Use approximately 1 to 3 times per week, adjusting to your skin's tolerance. Pro tip: Use it toward the end of your shower. The warmth and steam help release the botanical aromas while your final rinse leaves skin soft and conditioned.
