CryoVault 1000-520P answers a different question than its 1000-465P sibling: not how to hold more cryovials in the same footprint, but how to give larger-format samples and blood bags real capacity alongside them. The answer is a wider 1,256 mm body and 520 mm neck rather than a taller chamber, which opens up more than double the 5×5-format rack space and, in practice, real blood-bag capacity at every bag size on the spec table.
