About the ENGWE Zip Folding E-Bike The ENGWE Zip is a compact folding e-bike designed for riders who want genuinely useful portability without dropping down to a tiny, basic commuter. Its patented triple-folding design packs down to just 62.5 × 37.4 × 67.3 cm, while a 19.4 kg complete weight makes it far easier to manoeuvre than most full-size folding e-bikes. The 16×1.95 urban tyres, upright cockpit and compact wheelbase make it especially well suited to city riding, mixed-mode journeys and homes where storage space is limited. A 250W rear hub motor produces up to 40 Nm of torque and works with a torque sensor, so assistance responds to how hard you pedal rather than simply switching on with crank movement. The removable 36V 10Ah LG battery has 360Wh of capacity, while Shimano 7-speed gearing and hydraulic disc brakes give you useful control for everyday riding. The Zip also has a few genuinely unusual practical touches. Its battery supports 100W USB-C PD charging and can double as a portable power bank, while the suspension seatpost adds some comfort without the extra weight of a suspension fork. A 3.2-inch colour display with Bluetooth, integrated front and rear lighting, quick-release pedals and ENGWE app connectivity round out a bike that feels particularly well thought through for compact everyday transport.
