Imperial ITG-36-E 36 in Electric Countertop Griddle (Thermostatic)

The Imperial ITG-36-E is a heavy-duty electric countertop griddle built for high-output lines that need steady, repeatable heat. A 1/2 inch polished steel griddle plate is heated by serpentine elements to promote even temperature across the 36 inch cooking surface. Thermostatic controls help maintain set temperatures during rush periods, while a wide grease gutter and removable grease container simplify cleanup. Stainless steel front, sides, and splash guards support daily commercial use.
