Angra "Holy Land" (CD)

Rock Kommander joined forces with Angra to bring you Holy Land on CD for the very first time! Get your hands on this remastered CD, presented in a deluxe packaging. It’s the long-awaited release Angra fans have been asking for. Formed in São Paulo in 1991 by guitarist Rafael Bittencourt and vocalist André Matos, Angra fused European power metal with Brazilian percussion, classical textures and sweeping orchestration. Their second album, 1996’s Holy Land, became their artistic breakthrough. Exploring Brazil’s colonial history in the 1500s, it pairs fierce riffs with native and Afro-Brazilian grooves, grand choirs and symphonic passages. Produced with Sascha Paeth and Charlie Bauerfeind, this landmark album returns thirty years later with remastered audio and upgraded artwork featuring previously unreleased photos. Comes with a bonus poster in this first time ever official CD release and a 20 page booklet.
