SPICED BLACK BEANS WITH ROASTED SWEET POTATO, CHARRED CORN, KALE, RADISH + CORIANDER SALAD

Fragrant spiced black beans are a big favourite in my household, so it's about time I brought them to the weekly menu. Enjoy this big, beautiful salad as is, or add its contents into a warm corn tortilla with a splash of hot sauce– yum! This salad bowl has flavour, crunch, the combo of roasted and raw vegetables, creamy avocado, yummy sauteed kale and lots of fresh avocado. This dish is designed to be enjoyed within 5 days and will keep for the same length of time when refrigerated. We recommend eating at room temperature. Salad is served in a BioPak brown box and will serve 2 meals or 3 people as a side accompaniment to some additional protein.
