Fall Mix Sugar Crystals

Coarse sugar crystals are great for holiday cookie baking: you can bake them right onto cookies and they won't melt! To bake these sugar sprinkles onto your cookies, just paint an egg wash onto unbaked dough and roll or sprinkle on the sugar crystals, it's so easy! Sugar crystal granules are similar in thickness to pretzel salt; they are slightly coarser than sanding sugar. Contains 4 ounces of red, orange, yellow, green and metallic gold sugar crystals. Will cover 2-3 dozen cupcakes with moderate sprinkling. Larger granules - similar in size to pretzel salt. Packaged in a food-safe resealable bag.
