Berries, Berries & Jammy Sweetness! About the Producer Thageini Wet Mill is part of Kenya’s Aguthi Farmer’s Cooperative Society and represents around 450 smallholder producers. With a strong focus on quality, education and community development, the cooperative provides farmers with training in farm management, harvesting and agronomy while continually investing in improved processing infrastructure. For this lot, carefully selected SL28 and SL34 cherries undergo a Supernatural process, including four days of aerobic fermentation before slow drying on raised beds for 25–30 days, designed to build fruit intensity while maintaining sweetness and clarity.
