Description The BIONOTE Anigen Rapid FeliD-3 Ag is a veterinary rapid diagnostic test designed specifically for cats. Sample Type Specimen: Feline feces. Samples should preferably be tested immediately after collection. If testing is delayed, the BIONOTE IFU specifies refrigeration at 2–8°C for up to 24 hours; for longer storage, samples can be frozen at −20°C or below according to the IFU. General Test Procedure Collect the feline fecal sample using the supplied swabs. Insert the swabs into the appropriate assay diluent tubes. Mix the swab thoroughly in the diluent to dissolve the sample. Allow large particles to settle. Remove the test device from its foil pouch and place it on a flat, dry surface. Use the supplied disposable droppers to collect the prepared sample. Add 4 drops of the prepared sample to each appropriate sample hole. Start the timer. Interpret the results at 10 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes. Result Interpretation Negative Only the appropriate Control (C) line appears. Positive A Test (T) line together with the corresponding Control (C) line indicates detection of the respective antigen.
