A 25-hp motor with variable frequency drive currently enables single-phase operation and adjustable airflow for 130–300-pound batches. Two upshot burners supply the heat. Included: afterburner with gas train, exhaust and chaff collection, support structure, controls, gas piping, 300-pound cooling tray, green bean vacuum conveyor with hopper, and 300-pound destoner. The seller purchased it in 2015 after landing a major account and, already roasting on Sivetz, they went bigger.
