With a good balance of fat and meat, the Côte De Bœuf provides an exceptional eating sensation. As with all of our beef, the Côte De Bœuf comes from our native breed cattle, 100% grass fed and hung on the bone for four weeks. Ideal for two people to share, each steak weighs approximately 600g.
