Gubata, Éthiopie
Cultivé à plus de 2 100 mètres d'altitude dans la région de Guji, en Éthiopie, ce café provient du Gubata Farmers Group, en partenariat avec Sookoo Coffee de Ture Waji. Les caféiers poussent sur des sols volcaniques fertiles selon des méthodes traditionnelles, avec très peu d'intrants et une récolte entièrement réalisée à la main. Les cerises, soigneusement sélectionnées, sont séchées sur des lits africains pendant 2 à 3 semaines afin de développer toute leur richesse aromatique. Ce Grade 1, la plus haute classification en Éthiopie, offre une tasse élégante et expressive aux notes de bleuet, de confiture de pêche et de fleurs, soutenue par une belle douceur et une finale raffinée.
