Brazil Serra Dos Ciganos
We've been working with FAF for over 15 years, and there's a reason why we keep coming back. Their Reserve coffees bring together some of the very best selections from their partner farms and are carefully grown by individual families. This lot comes from the Serra dos Ciganos community, high in the mountains on the border of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Coffee has been grown here for generations, with many of the farmers now fourth-generation producers. Through FAF's long-term partnership with the community, farmers have introduced new processing techniques and gained greater control over the post-harvest process, helping these coffees reach their full potential. Serra dos Ciganos is a classic Brazilian filter coffee, done exceptionally well. Sweet and creamy, with notes of berry, caramel and white chocolate, it’s rounded out by a balanced finish.
