Jauma Audrey's Fairygarten Shiraz

This is McLaren Vale Shiraz but not quite as you know it. Made via carbonic maceration, it's ultra perfumed and juicy. The palate is full of lifted berry notes and boasts a stalky, peppery edge. The party continues with some surprising notes of cola, liquorice and violet. There's great acid here as well as Shiraz's typical robust tannin. A quirky take on Australian Shiraz that's sure to delight fans of easy-drinking, lo-fi wine.
