Moroccan Lentil Soup Mix - 400g
Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions Directions: 1) In a large soup pot, boil 9 cups water; add 1 peeled, diced orange and packet contents; bring to a hard boil, then simmer covered 45-60 mins (or until chickpeas start to soften). 2) Add chopped vegetables, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2-3 peeled and cubed yams or sweet patato, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp butter; cook for 15-20 mins. 3) Add 2 cups peeled, chopped apple; cook 10-15 mins longer or until apples are soft. Add extra water as needed. Season with Salt and Pepper. Slow cooker instructions: Add all ingredients and cook on high far 6-8 hrs. Add apple in last hour.
