Liala Negroamaro
This wine is made from bush-trained Apulian grapevines that are about 80 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach natural drying, which enhances aroma concentration. Fermentation occurs in controlled temperature tanks, and the wine ages partly in barrels.
