Bedrock Rose 'Ode to Lulu' California 2025

From duo Morgan Twain-Peterson MW and Chris Cottrell, this is one of our favorite California rosés right now. It's largely composed of Mataro with a good amount of Grenache and a touch of Cinsault. Its dry and balanced, with fresh fruit and lifted acidity. We're pouring it with crisp salads, shrimp dishes, and young cheese. If you're wondering about the name, that's a cool story. It's titled after Lulu Peynaud, the bold and iconic leader of of Bandol's Domaine Tempier, another one our favorite rosé producers.
