Gibson Firebird – 2012 – Tobacco Sunburst

The Firebird is one of Gibson’s most distinctive designs… and this 2012 example absolutely delivers. Finished in a classic Tobacco Sunburst, this guitar has all the hallmark features that make a Firebird so special — including the iconic banjo tuners and multi-piece neck-through construction. It’s a design that not only looks incredible but also contributes to the guitar’s unique feel and resonance. There’s a certain snap and clarity to a good Firebird, and this one has it in spades. It’s articulate, punchy, and sits beautifully in a mix — but it also really shines when you throw a slide on. This guitar absolutely comes alive in that setting. It’s been played and enjoyed, and presents in good, honest condition with signs of use consistent with a well-loved instrument.
