OXIDANT 3% DEVELOPER

The Oxidant 3% Developer is specifically formulated to be used with the Eye Adore Cosmetics Hybrid Brow Stain. Select either a cream or liquid formula to create your perfect finish.15ml bottle. Brush Application Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Brow Stain with 2 drops of Cream Oxidant using an application stick or brush to blend into a creamy paste. Airbrush Application Fill the dispenser with a 1:1 mixing ratio or 10 drops Stain to 10 drops Liquid Oxidant, make adjusting based on the size of your dispenser. Tip: Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Stain with 2 drops of Cream and 2 drops of liquid Oxidant use brush to blend. Let stain completely dry for more pigmented finish.
