Sorgho Gaolian Voskovidnyj

A short-cycle sorghum suitable for cold climates, certified organic by Ecocert Canada. It grows quickly and yields well with minimal maintenance. The grains have a rice-like taste but are small, crunchy seeds.

• The origin of the sorghum is uncertain, possibly Chinese with seeds originally from the USDA received from the former Soviet Union's agricultural research institute.
