Flying Fish

This is the giant koi fish wind turbine above Rita’s Turbine Blenders. It looks like a Japanese koinobori, a koi windsock, traditionally associated with Children’s Day in Japan, but here in San Fransokyo it’s been “engineered” into a floating wind turbine that, as the story goes, helps to power the district.
