Value Stream Mapping

This Virtual 4-hour Value Stream Mapping session will be broken up into two 2-hour segments on the same day. The first two hours will focus on the review of key TPS principles including; the Toyota Philosophy, a basic understanding of Lot Delay and Process Delay, and how it affects flow. We will discuss VSM Symbols and documenting your Current Condition. During both 2-hour segments, there will be breakout sessions where we have virtual practice and exercises. Segment two will focus on Target Condition. Topics for this segment include; Ideal Condition and True North, Best Practices, Waste, and Creating an Action Plan. This 4-hour interactive session will give you the basic knowledge so that you can apply VSM Action Plans in your business.
