Wine Dinner with Joery Castel - 20th June 2026
Join us for an unforgettable evening on Saturday 20th June as acclaimed Chef Joery Castel takes over our kitchen. Originally from Holland and now based in Northern Ireland, Joery brings a wealth of culinary expertise—from his celebrated tenure as Head Chef at Castle Leslie to founding The Boat House in Belfast, which earned 2 AA rosettes and recognition in the Sunday Times' Top 100 UK Restaurants. Expect a menu that challenges and delights, blending unusual flavour combinations inspired by his summers across Holland and Northern Ireland. Each course will be paired with carefully selected wines from our exclusive cellar, curated to complement Joery's innovative dishes.
