Paint Juicy is bringing the 80s and 90s singalong to Everton Park Bowls Club for a long afternoon out. Three hours of guided painting with our host on the mic, Malaysian finger food served throughout, bottomless drinks at the club bar and a round of barefoot bowls on the greens to finish. This is not a quiet paint session. This is a Paint Juicy session. Expect big energy, great music, singalong moments and a room full of people laughing at their canvases by the second hour. Power ballads, pop classics and throwback anthems while you paint step by step. We take requests throughout the session. Warm up your pipes because the call and response moments hit whether you planned to join in or not. When brushes are down, the bowling greens are yours. Today's Artwork Peacock A cobalt blue peacock in profile, head turned, with a wild explosion of plumage filling the canvas behind it. Hot pink and coral burst out from the crown, purple feather strokes and green flicks fan to the edges, and the dark eye-spots scatter through it all in confident dabs. The royal blue body is rich and dramatic, the colour behind is unapologetically over the top, and the whole thing is painted in loose, painterly brushstrokes that are far more forgiving than they look. Bold, joyful and a proper show-off from the first stroke to the last feather. You will want to hang this one immediately. Not at all. We guide every step from blank canvas to finished painting. If you last picked up a brush in primary school, you are overqualified. Is singing optional? Technically yes. Realistically you will not resist. Expect call and response moments and choruses you forgot you knew every word to. What does bottomless include?
