All aging was done in a combination of French and American oak barrels, with the fruit from Norfolk County being held in barrel for over one year. Tasting Notes Medium ruby, hints of purple, with delicate legs. Beautiful aroma of black cherry, red pepper, and subtle raspberry. Finish of red plum, tart blackberry and sweet strawberry.
