Maris Piper potatoes are a popular, versatile variety, known for their fluffy texture and excellent flavour. Ideal for frying (chips) and roasting, they are a staple in British cuisine. Not the potato we would recommend if you want boiled/mashed (see standard potatoes). Potatoes should always be kept in cool dark area.
