Meliga Dough is the Piedmontese name for the Corn Biscuit: a traditional biscuit from our region. A classic biscuit made even more rustic thanks to the Stone-Ground Cornmeal for polenta from our mill, which together with the Farina di Mais Fumetto gives the biscuit an aroma and an incredible crunch, just like in the best Piedmontese culinary traditions.
