The Penguin comes in two different sizes (SINGLE and DOUBLE) and has the following features: Webbing and Shock cord on the front for placing items such as Tournaquets and Dressings. Clamshell Zipper Opening Interior dividers for tools/meds/supplies Web Grab Handle 3" Belt loops Hook backing for use in modular packs/platforms to allow function as a "Break Away" pouch or blowout kit.
