Ana Cecilia, the driving force behind the estate, brings her passion for sustainability and her interest in utilizing scientific advancements in the coffee industry into her leadership. She was the first producer in the area to bring in high-tech equipment to increase the quality of the coffee coming out of their estate. She has also ensured that the São Luiz Estate uses efficient water management, soil conservation, and fertilization via composting. With sustainability and quality in mind, Ana Cecilia is preserving her family’s coffee growing legacy while building on it.
