Delivery Time Lunch: 04:00 - 11:00 (±60 min buffer) Delivery Range Committed to deliver within defined delivery time with possible ±1 hour variation (traffic, weather, route conditions). Consistency We aim to keep delivery around the same time each day. Your first delivery typically sets the reference timing (±1 hour). Delays Late Delivery Compensation beyond the committed delivery range, including the ±1 hour variation, as follows: 60+ mins late: 500 TiffinStash points 90+ mins late: Full tiffin compensation (added to the plan / next delivery for trial) Free delivery Ground-level drop-offs only.
