The flat horizontal bars hold towels flat and are easy to wipe clean. It comes with the fixings needed to attach it to the wall, but you'll need a plumber or electrician to connect it depending on your chosen setup — valves or heating elements are sold separately and need to be matched to how you intend to run it.
