The difference between a full-drape tablecloth and a backless tablecloth is the difference between a standing event and a seated event. At a standing event the full drape works: the cloth covers all four sides to the floor, the legs and storage disappear, and the team works on their feet in front of and beside the table. At a seated event the full drape becomes a problem. The rear panel catches on chair legs. It bunches under feet. It restricts legroom. It has to be tucked, adjusted and managed throughout the day. By lunchtime someone has folded the back up and stuffed it under the table, which defeats the purpose of having a fitted cloth in the first place. The backless design solves this by simply not having a rear drape. The front and sides cover the table to the floor with full branded visibility. The back is open so the team sits comfortably from the first session to the last. The dye-sublimation printing process is the same professional method used on the full-drape TC320 tablecloth. The ink is converted to gas under heat and pressure and infused directly into the fire-retardant polyester fibres. The colour becomes part of the fabric. There is no raised layer to crack, peel or flake. The finish is smooth, vibrant and durable through repeated use, folding, transport and machine washing. The fire-retardant fabric meets the display material requirements of most exhibition venues, conference centres and public buildings where fire compliance applies to all textile materials brought into the space. This is not an optional add-on. The fire retardancy is inherent in the fabric specification. At 3200mm wide the cloth drapes a standard 6ft (1800mm) trestle table with floor-length coverage on the front panel and both side panels. The 1650mm depth is calculated to provide the full front drape from tabletop to floor (approximately 750mm) plus the table surface depth (740mm) plus a short rear overhang without extending to the floor at the back. The result is a cloth that looks complete and finished from every visitor-facing angle while leaving the rear open for the team. The branded front panel is the primary communication surface. The side panels maintain a clean, professional finish from the side approach angles that visitors often see first as they walk along an exhibition aisle. Custom printing is included in the price.
