Visual: Pale straw Aromas: Bright and aromatic, with green apple, pear, lemon zest and white flowers, followed by a subtle Mediterranean herbal note of fennel, thyme and fresh almond. Flavours: Crisp and refreshing, with citrus, pear and green apple at the centre. There is a gentle texture through the mid-palate, typical of Rolles, balanced by clean acidity and a lightly saline, almond-tinged finish. Fresh, fragrant and very food-friendly.
