Achill Island Aged Rum

Achill Island Aged Rum is made from rich Caribbean molasses and brought to life entirely on Achill Island, being fermented, distilled & matured on Ireland’s western edge. Aged 2 years in Widow Jane bourbon barrels and finished in White Hag imperial stout casks that once held rum. The result is a smooth, gently sweet rum with notes of chocolate, caramel, and soft rounded warmth. The spirit of two islands in every drop. Bottled at 40% ABV.
