A super-chocolatey ganache blended with real devil’s food cake is sandwiched between three chocolate bakery cookies, dotted with Belgian chocolate chips. The cookie tower is then rolled in handmade devil’s food cake crumb. Unless your mouth is unusually enormous, we suggest slicing to serve.
