Our latest offering, La Minita, is a naturally processed coffee that delivers a consistently delicious profile, making it the perfect choice for our daily house staple. Fazenda da Água Limpa has belonged to the family of the current owner, Mr. Jorge Makssur, since 1920, when coffee plantations already existed. Mr. Jorge Makssur, passionate about the crop, continued the work of his ancestors. The property was the first in the region to produce high-quality coffee, achieving success in its first participation in a BSCA competition, finishing in second place with a coffee of 95 points, and also in the Illy competition, reaching 4th place, as well as in others, always placing among the finalists. Today, at 70 years old, still with great enthusiasm, he has a well-trained team that works for the success of the quality produced. FLAVOR PROFILE: Caramel. Chocolate.
