Please note: select the quantity based on the number of units required in the order. Examples: 10-tooth mock-up = quantity 10 Upper and lower Essex retainers = quantity 2 Alternatively, after checkout, you can send case files via Medit Link, 3Shape, DS Case Connect, or DS Core to LabX at info@LabXDesign.com How to order Choose your payment method Pay per case at checkout, or select invoice-only checkout if you prefer to receive a monthly billing statement. Add your case details Please include the case type, material preferences, and any additional clinical requirements with your order. Case delivery Receive your digital files or physical items within the stated turnaround time. Please note: cases submitted via external portals will only be accepted and processed if they have also been checked out through the LabX platform. Shipping If multiple delivery dates are requested for the same order, additional shipping charges may apply for separate dispatches. Remakes Policy Remake charges depend on the reason for the remake and will be discussed with the prescribing clinician. We design and manufacture to suit the scan and information provided. Where designs are issued for approval, and the final production matches the approved design, any remake required thereafter will be chargeable. Turnaround Times Crown and bridge: 10 working days Implant restorations: 10 working days Digital dentures: 10–14 working days Aligners: 7 working days Express Processing 48–72 hour turnaround available Additional charge: £40 per unit Please read on about the lab solutions offered; 1) IDDA Aligners – In-House Clear Aligner Production Made Easy Are you looking to produce orthodontic clear aligners in-house at your dental surgery? Tired of excessive costs for aligner production? With the IDDA Aligner Service, you can send digital impressions and receive a complete set of aligner models, ready for 3D printing and in-house production. What’s Included? IPR/Movement Guide – Comprehensive guidance for interproximal reduction and tooth movements. 3D Movement Visualiser – Access to an interactive online tool to visualise each stage of movement. Downloadable 3D STL Models – Easily print each step of the aligner process in your own lab. Pricing & Turnaround Per Case Pricing – Fixed cost, regardless of complexity. Upper/Lower/Mixed Arch Options Turnaround Time: 3-5 days, depending on case complexity. Refinement Policy We provide 1 free refinement session per case if treatment deviates from the planned course. Refiners must be requested within the expected timeline of previous aligners plus 4 weeks. Additional refinements are available at £60 per session, per arch (up to 4 refinements per arch). Beyond this, a full re-case design is required. Clinician Responsibilities To use this service, you must: Approve the proposed movements and IPR recommendations. Take full responsibility for printing and producing aligners in-house or through a lab. Have completed an IDDA Aligner Training Course (or an approved partner course).
