Custom Viton O-ring for reliable sealing at high temperatures. Optional M6 x 32.7 mm Titanium Screws bespoke for this valve cover. Partially threaded for optimal strength and eliminates possibility of threads digging into the valve cover. Deeper than standard Torx T30 recesses eliminate stripped heads. 25% lighter than the Stainless Steel (SS) ones. More thread engagement than the off-the-shelf SS ones. 32.7 vs 30 mm thread length gives the maximum 12 mm of thread engagement. 100% Corrosion proof. Larger head diameter fits the valve cover with minimal gap and has a nice machined finish. Hard Coated Polycarbonate lens for abrasion resistance. Nearly glass-level optical clarity. Valve Covers are shipped fully assembled with plastic M6 nuts holding the assembly together.
