All farming is considered and done with the utmost respect for nature. Total annual production is only 7000 bottles and we waited a long time for an allocation of these wines. The appellation is Rosso Reggiano. FARMING & WINEMAKING NOTESGianni Storchi is farming following Biodynamic practice. Soils are mainly alluvial, rich in clay and limestone with a high degree of gravel. No chemical weed killers, pesticides or procedures are used in the vineyards. Natural and spontaneous fermentations with no additions and limited use of sulphur. A Pet Nat style with 8 months on bottle before release. We’re delighted to have this sparkling red wine in our portfolio. It’s the best match we’ve found for mortadella, cured ham and pizza.
