Churchill’s Lodge Pops: Air Invictus

Air Invictus is taking over Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia’s skyline and our riverside Churchill's 1982 BAR is the perfect place to watch it unfold. Join us for a special Churchill's Lodge Pops edition, on June 20 and/or June 21, for bold flavours, Churchill’s elegant wines and cool port-based cocktails, music, and front-row views over the Douro river. Expect bold flavours, port-based cocktails flowing, music in the garden, and that unmistakable Churchill’s energy: relaxed, vibrant, and right in the heart of the action. What’s included: A flavour-packed menu curated by Bocada Kitchen. (Each guest is entitled to 1 unit of each dish, choosing either the Regular or Vegetarian menu.) Regular Menu - Galician stew croquette (chorizo & pork) with pineapple aioli - Sea bass ceviche with shrimp, sweet potato chips, coriander & pepper - Grilled squid skewer with peppers, herb salad & fermented chilli - Fire-grilled pork rib with black garlic aioli, peach purée, togarashi, pickled red onion & chives Vegetarian Menu - Smoked corn croquette with kimchi mayo & togarashi - Grilled queijo coalho with quince paste - Vegetable skewer with chimichurri (peppers, mushrooms, zucchini & fermented red onion), herb salad & fermented chilli - Smoked aubergine with miso, hummus, mint pesto, pistachio & chilli oil Dessert - Lemon crème brûlée Drinks included: - 2 cocktails (Churchill’s White Port & Tonic, Gricha Mule or Sangria) - 1 glass of Meio Queijo White - 1 glass of Meio Queijo Red - 1 soft drink (Botivo Mocktail or Cold Peach Infusion) The bar will be open throughout the afternoon for extra wines, cocktails, and soft drinks. Tickets are limited. Children under 4 enter for free. Children aged 4–10 pay 50% of the ticket price, payable at the entrance.
