Curatte 2022 - Hameau Toucheboeuf

👨🏼‍🌾 Red Wine made by Simon Gastrein. A single-vineyard Gamay from the La Curatte lieu-dit in Bessey, vinified with whole bunches then macerated by infusion for about fifteen days. One year of aging in used barrels allows the fruit to breathe without masking it. The wine opens with cherry and strawberry notes, with a floral and spicy, almost peppery touch. The palate is supple, velvety, with fine tannins and a freshness that gives it a lot of momentum.
