Reworked in stainless steel from South Korea, the O1 Steel offers a more durable, heat-stable brewing experience while retaining the familiar shape of the original O1. Its double-wall design helps maintain temperature during brewing, while remaining comfortable to handle during use. The O1's open-bottom design supports even flow through the coffee bed, helping produce clean, balanced brews. Best suited to single serve recipes, it works well with doses ranging from 10-18g and is compatible with a range of filter papers.
