Rarer Granada Pattern. Vintage 1970s Norwegian FIGGJO FLINT Pot with Serving Handle. Minimalist Decoration of Blue & Green Polka Dots
This is a really fabulous piece of mid-century Scandinavian ceramics. It is a little pot or serving dish with a handle. I would just use it for serving nibbles from at a dinner party - as far too gorgeous to use in the oven. The pot comes from Norway and was made by the pottery Figgjo Flint (as marked on the base). The pattern is the more sought-after Granada one which was produced between 1970 and 1975. It was designed by Turid Gramstad Oliver - and has the Turi Mark. The design is highly collectable and certainly very pretty with their little blue and green spots or polka dots running around a section of the edge combined with what looks like abstract seed pods. The pot measures has a diameter of 5 inches; including the handle it is 8 inches in length. It is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks - nice and clean inside and on the base. These Granada piece are now hot collectables and rare scarce. This is reflected in my asking price. UK Postage will be with Royal Mail Tracked (Small Parcel) Delivery. This will be applied to your order at the checkout.
