The Basketweave Beret is an ideal crochet hat for those days when the weather can be sunny but cool – any time of year, but particularly in spring and autumn! This is an intermediate design and uses the following stitches: back post treble (US back post double crochet) front post treble (US front post double crochet) front post double crochet (US front post single crochet) The pattern is written in UK terms, but gives a table showing the equivalent US terms for ease of use.
