The program establishes quality parameters and taste profiles, holds joint cuppings, and collaborates with Cabresto to reach more people in the region. By evaluating the quality and taste of each coffee lot, the team hopes to identify potential candidates for the program and provide support through the Young Producer Association (YPA) in town.
