Meticulously Hand-Stitched We do not use industrial sewing machines or cheap nylon threads that fray. The Martin Wallet is stitched entirely by hand using the traditional saddle-stitch method. The Process: Every single stitch hole is manually pierced with a pricking iron, then sewn using two needles and a single continuous piece of heavy-duty, waxed thread. The Longevity: If a machine stitch breaks, the entire seam unravels. A hand-saddle stitch locks each stitch individually. If a thread ever breaks, the rest stay firmly bound.
